More Legal Trouble for Don Vito

Don Vito, the unintelligible, overweight uncle of jackass Bam Margera, was charged with 12 felony counts of violating bail related to a Colorado arrest last year. Vito was charged with fondling three girls between the ages of 13 and 15, during an August 2006 appearance at a Colorado Mills mall. One girl testified at a preliminary hearing that Vito grabbed her breast.

He pled not guilty to all charges and was freed on $50,000 bail. As a condition of his bail, he was ordered not to use drugs or alcohol, and to have no contact with children. It was not immediately clear what the nature of his bail violations were.

Vito regularly appears on Margera's MTV show "Viva La Bam" and is often the butt of Bam's jokes and attacks.

The trial will reconvene on October 22.

faded big time since this story broke. Seeing Vito on MTV makes you change the

12. Wtf are the authorities waiting for, for him to actually molest some child before they lock his sick ass up? They lock ppl up just to release them again. That's why every damn country wants to come to America, where they can rape and steal and nothing will be done if you have enough money to buy your way out of it....our effin' justice system sucks!

15. FYI - dogs are animals. Teens are human beings. I hit a dog once and just
kept on going. Nobody could care less. These teens have families and futures
that are destroyed by this monster. Big difference there Kimmie.
